Our plane arrives at 3pm, any idea how long the taxi lines...

We are arriving Thursday June 11th to be specific. Assuming there are no major conventions going on at this time, any guesses would be helpful and hugely appreciated!! Thanks!!

I%26#39;m asking because my friend a couple weeks back arrived at 11 pm saturday night and ended up having to wait over an hour %26amp; half in line to get his taxi.

So yea, i%26#39;m just a big worried about how long I should be expecting to wait.

Anywhere from 3 minutes to 3 days. Bring water and a change of clothes, just in case.

My guess is with your arrival time there will be no wait at all. Just returned and the airport and every hotel had cabs lined up waiting for fares.

Friend must have just arrived at the Most inconvenient time for cabs, saturday nite at 11 p.m. people must have been hitting all the nite spots and traveling by cab.

Save yourself some time and some worry and rent a limo for ride to hotel. Yes its a little more expensive but well worth it in my opinion. My wife hates to wait and i reserve one evry time. Driver meets you in airport, helps with luggage, goes straight to air conditioned car and off to hotel.

VMan you forgot to tell him to bring a sneaky leaker just in case he has to go he won%26#39;t lose his place in line.....just having a little fun with you Ansel...I would think the taxi lines would be long. In my experience I have never gotten a taxi in less that 45 minutes and I almost always arrive around 1pm in the summer...sometimes we rent a car and waiting for the shuttle to take us to pick up our rental takes a little time...We are getting a limo next trip.

How much more is it to take a limo ?

Omnilimo.com has town cars for $35 per hour, Stretch limos for $50 per hour.

We do the Town Car deal through LAs Vegas limos and it to is $35. We always get the driver to stop at the liquor store so we can pick up drinks and snacks for the room. You pay for the entire hour and it usually only takes about 30-45 if you dont stop so go ahead and make the pit stop and save yourself some cash.

I%26#39;m wondering what year Ansel is coming, as this Year June 11th is on a Saturday. The next time the 11th of June will be on a Thursday is 2009. And that day I KNOW the taxi lines will be tremendously long. 36 hours long at least. Bring a book to read while you wait for a cab.
