I got a promo code from MGM%26#39;s email but I was getting a better del from the prmo code you provided for the Grand Tower. I was easily able to book online through either codes.

My questions would they know which member has what promo code. Don%26#39;t want to be standing at the counter paying full price.

Did u book by phone ? Did they ask anything specific about the code on how you got it etc.

I booked online several months ago using the SLM023 promo code at $69 per night. Then a week ago, I got another email from MGM with the SLM024 promo code at $59 per night. I called the MGM and asked if I could get the lower rate on my existing reservation. The girl I talked to was very nice and said sure. She asked what the promo code I got was and I told her SLM024, she asked for the confirmation number for my existing reservation and my player%26#39;s card number. I gave her those and she put me on hold for a minute and came back and told me my new total and said my confirmation number would remain the same.

I have booked with the player%26#39;s club rate once before at MGM and they did ask to see my player%26#39;s card when I checked in but that was it. I%26#39;m not a high roller or anything either, so I would think you should be eligible for the same offers that I am. The promo codes seem to be pretty generic, I don%26#39;t know if they would know who they had sent it too or not. Good luck...

My code is quite different from yours and gives me $69/79 rate.

I just joined and never stayed at MGM so maybe having stayed there makes a different and they give u a better deal?

I am just wanderig what non-transferable means in the bottom of the email...

I guess maybe you should just use the code they sent you to be on the safe side. At $69 it%26#39;s still a lot cheaper than the normal rate. Maybe you could bring a printout of the SLM024 offer with you when you check in and see if they will honor it? That way if they say no, you%26#39;ll still have your reservation at $69 instead of them trying to charge full price.
