Harrahs has a shuttle. It runs 24 hours a day and boards at Harrahs by the valet service. It picks up at Rio by the Carnival World Buffet.

Wow, they drive through the casino to pick you up?? How convenient ;-)
Is the Palms within walking distance from Rio? It looks like it is on a map, but those Vegas maps are quite deceptive sometimes!

Palms is across the Street and down maybe 200 yards from the Rio. It is actually across Flamingo from the Gold Coast.
