I love the pool at this resort. Stand under the waterfalls and get a free neck, shoulder and back massage. The rooms are nice. Food is good.

I always return to this place.

Even though I have a list of other hotels I want to experience in the future, I think I will split those stays between Flamingo and the other hotel.

It is not Bellagio or Venetian quality but the price is right and it is center of the strip.

If you go with the right expectations and realize you can always gamble and eat elsewhere, Flamingo is an excellent choice in my opinion.

Use the airport check-in service and be sure to check out the pool. The landscaping in the back is really awesome, especially at night when the pink windows are lit.

the Flamingo is a very beautiful hotel and I agree with almost everything else the above posts say. However, the food is NOT GOOD. I went to there buffet, I only ate a salad, a few crab legs and some shrimp. I was sick for two days!!! I barely made it to the the restroom to throw the food back up!!

If you think it was there food that made you sick. Go online and look up food poisoning. Unless the food was rotten, it does not make you sick instantly. It takes 4-8 hours to get into your system. If you were sick right away. You most likely were already ill before going to the buffet and you didn%26#39;t realize it.

The best things about the Flamingo are the pool area and the location in the middle of the Strip, if you like to be close to other casinos. The room we had was clean and spacious.

I did!!! So many choices and opinions it drives one mad. I%26#39;m happy with our choice and we can%26#39;t wait to go. Thanks to all that helped.

I have not stayed at the Flamingo, but we always take people on a tour of their back yard pool area, its just beautiful. I like too, that its %26#39;old vegas%26#39; The history of it is enough to draw me in. We%26#39;ve seen shows there, gambled there, eaten there. The food at the buffet we felt was good but a bit over priced compared to others on the strip. I just had breakfast there yesterday morning in the Cafe, and I felt it was more than enough to fill me up for the price and quite tasty. If you are planning a trip there I would suggest if you have enough time, to spend part of your stay there, and part of it somewhere else.

In my opinion, this dump has really gone down the tubes. I used to stay there all the time. After the last bad experience, I will never go back. Customer service is a flat Double zero! Bugsy should be rolling over in his grave!
