I am the ';new'; kid on the block, I just discovered you guys a week ago! However, I have spent time over the years in Vegas and decided to take a chance with the Tropicana. I wanted a ';serene'; time and not something with an extreme theme. After reading your postings, I began second guessing my choice, so I email the hotel with my accomadation concerns. Thanks to you guys, they replied that they noted to give me a room with a balcony and a view of the pool or gardens. Thanks, everyone. I%26#39;ll let you know when I return from my time in LV the first week of May.

I agree, this forum is the best. We have been to Vegas once for 5 days and once for part of a day (drove from Laughlin). We saw the highlights from the travel channel but missed a lot of neat stuff I have read about here. I never knew there was a site like this. I hope we make much better use of our time this trip as we only have 1 and 1/2 full days together, my husband has classes the rest. Thanks tripadvisor and all the great info from everyone. Hope you have a great time at the Tropicana!

casino museum was ok for free .

did not win car on free pull out front ,did win 241 for rick thomas and it was great for the money,
