Golden Nugget Sportsbook??

Our group of 10 guys are heading for the 23-26th of March-- we are staying at the Nugget and curious what their sportsbook is like/free drinks/seating, etc.. or any other recommendations of books downtown... thanks..

GN is about the best downtown. I personally I have not gone there. Drinks at most hotels are done via coupons when you place a bet. Best sportsbook in LV is Stardust.

GN sportsbook is very nice, free drink coupons can be had for $20 wagers and the bar is right there. Only problem is that it is small. You probably would want to check out at least a couple of the mega-sports books like the Hilton and Stardust when a bunch of big games are going on at the same time. Park behind (east side) of Hilton for direct access to the sportsbook and park on the north side of Stardust.

Why go to the mega-books ?. Do you think GN will be too crowded to enyjoy the games ?

i stayed at the nugget last year - functional sports book but nothing more than that. compared to the mirage it%26#39;s a dump. at the mirage, drinks are easily available, chairs are comfortable, it%26#39;s spacious and good screens everywhere. best sports book i%26#39;ve been to.
