travel guides and question about breakfast

Two questions:

1) Can anyone recommend a comprehensive travel guide? I just bought the Unofficial Guide to Las Vegas 2005, and while it%26#39;s very good, it left something to be desired (maybe some photos?)

2) While I was reading the travel guide, I came across a grid indicating hotels with ';free breakfast.'; Can someone please elaborate on how one gets a free breakfast? We%26#39;re staying at the Aladdin in May and the Venetian in August.

I don%26#39;t know of any strip casino hotels that provide free BF

For the price the best on strip is Monte Carlo. The best off strip is Orleans and Rio

Thanks, guys! I actually kept my What%26#39;s On and Showbiz Weekly magazines from my last stay (it%26#39;s 2 months old now, but still informative!) One of them has an excellent map in it that I still refer to.

So no free breakfast, eh? That%26#39;s okay. It%26#39;ll give us an excuse to try even more restaurants. ;)
