There will be 4 of us doing the sightseeing in Vegas - 2 are thrill ride lovers, the other 2 take photos %26amp; video the action! Will we all be able to go to the top of the tower to see the rides or do you have to be experiencing the rides to gain access?

You can go to the top of the tower without riding the rides. It%26#39;s cheaper that way.

If you eat at the restaurant at the top the ride is free. But the food is not worth the savings. You can get ride and elevator tickets together that save a few $$. They also have all you can ride writsbands at a great savings. If you have someone in your group that is going to want to ride each ride more than once. You will need a ticket to get REAL close to the rides themselves. Without a ticket you have to stay back a bit.
