My husband and I are going from April 5 to 8 and want to stay at a reasonable priced hotel, with stuff to do on non gambling times, good food and great pool area. We are w/o our kids so it doesn%26#39;t need to be kid friendly at all. Also advice on what rooms to stay at and what to avoid woud be great.
Side note- is there any $5 blackjack and roulette in Vegas??
Help me decide..Luxor, Trop, or Rio?
Will give you a bump up with my opinion......just returned Saturday from Luxor, thought it was very nice, especially for the price, tower room recommended over pyramid.
Walked over to the Trop since it was right across the street....hated it from the minute I walked in, bad atmosphere in my opinion but have no opinion about rooms there.
Rio is nice but wouldn%26#39;t stay there cause you miss the strip vibe. Nice to visit and gamble a little, good food.
Help me decide..Luxor, Trop, or Rio?
Definently ';The Luxor'; stayed there last time, stayed at the trop, the year before, but never stayed at the rio, as it is off the strip someways! The pool at the luxor is really nice as well!
Hi Mommy,
Go with the Luxor. Have stayed at the Trop and I can tell you my room was one step up from Motel 6. Sounds rough but I was not impressed at all. Haven%26#39;t stayed at Rio but every time we are in Vegas we think twice about paying to take a cab there as it expensive and not worth it every trip.
